Romanovsky Roulette Strategy
The Romanovsky layout spreads eight units across two dozens and two corners. It does not change roulette’s negative expectation.
It covers 32 European pockets, but coverage is not a promise of profit: a covered dozen or corner nets one unit, while five pockets lose eight.

Worked example
Choose the first and second dozens, then corners 25/26/28/29 and 32/33/35/36 in the remaining dozen. A 17 returns 9 units including its winning stake; subtract the entire 8-unit layout to get +1. A 26 also returns 9 from its corner against 8 staked: again +1. A 0 is uncovered and costs all 8 units.
Cost and risk

Also: single zero, 0.Read full → wheel is 32/37, or 86.486%. Its expected result is (32 × 1 − 5 × 8) / 37 = −8/37 units per spin, exactly one thirty-seventh of the total stake. The high hit rate changes the shape of results, not that price. Do not transfer the 32/37 figure to a double-zero wheel without recalculating it.
